Fitness Model Jennifer Nicole Lee’s testimony is truly inspiring. She did not start out quite as fit as some people in the fitness industry-she actually began her journey as an overweight mother of two with an inactive lifestyle. She had to work hard to get fit!
Jennifer describes herself as having “no athletic background whatsoever,” and says she has struggled with her weight her entire life. She weighed 170 pounds when she got married, and continued to gain weight during both of her pregnancies, eventually reaching 200 pounds after the birth of her second child.
After giving birth to her second child, JNL decided to enlist herself in a bikini competition. ”I made a commitment to learn everything possible about how super fitness models and serious athletes ate and trained.”
